Returns & Exchange Policy – Asylvm

At Asylvm every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Please read the following policy before placing your order.


Size Selection & Product Details

Customers are strongly advised to:

  • Carefully check the size chart before ordering

  • Read the complete product description carefully before placing the order

  • Review fit, wash care, fabric details, and sizing information properly

  • Ensure they are ordering the correct size and product variant

By placing an order, the customer agrees that they have properly reviewed the product details and selected their size accordingly.

As detailed sizing and product information are already provided, exchanges or returns requested due to incorrect size selection or failure to read the product details properly from the customer’s side will be chargeable.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Size issues

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or wrong product claims

Exchange Fee

  • ₹195-₹250 exchange fee per product depending on your location (since we provide free shipping already we need to charge this to survive as a new brand) (includes reverse pickup and reshipping charges)

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the replacement item will be dispatched.


Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in eligible cases approved by our support team.

Return Fee

  • ₹130 return handling and reverse pickup fee per product

Non-Eligible Return Reasons

We do not offer returns/refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color differences caused by lighting or screen settings

  • Preference-related issues after delivery

Refunds, if approved, will be processed after the product passes quality inspection.


COD Orders

  • COD orders may include an additional COD handling fee

  • Customers may receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message before dispatch to avoid fake orders

  • Refused COD orders after confirmation may lead to restrictions on future COD orders


Partial Payment Orders

Customers opting for partial payment may receive reduced COD charges during delivery.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
